The United Nations takes a central role in fostering the freedoms of religion or belief (FoRB) worldwide. Through legal mechanisms, the UN strives to protect that individuals and groups can to manifest their faiths freely and without discrimination. Additionally, the UN extends support to nations in strengthening their legal and institutional syst
